Sand Regeneration

Sand Regeneration provides an effective solution to one of the major economic problems. It not only eliminates the need to dispose of waste sand, but also solves pollution related problems at the source. Sand regeneration reuses waste foundry sand bonded with organic resins or green molding sand bonded with bentonite. It guarantees that only clean fumes are discharged into the outer air. It utilizes an internal sand/air heat exchanger. The system is reusing the sand in all phases of the process. A “good” regenerated sand means that the silica content will have a minimum of 96% to 97% and any other foreign particles is less than 1%.  By using sand regeneration it will cut costs of energy, automatic operation and no supervision, a fast return on investment, and the quality of regenerated sand is new.
